Noel Mack is a British entrepreneur and brand strategist renowned for his role in transforming Gymshark from a UK startup into a global fitness apparel powerhouse valued at over £1 billion. As Chief Brand Officer since 2016, Noel has been instrumental in crafting Gymshark’s innovative brand strategy, leveraging social media, influencer partnerships, and community engagement to resonate with a global audience.

Starting out in the music industry, achieving notoriety at an early age and several achievements, not least the production of a platinum-selling record and many other projects with iconic contemporary artists. At 18 he co-founded award-winning creative agency R3Brand, applying learnings from the music industry and providing disruptive, cutting-edge-of-cool marketing and brand strategy into other sectors. After ten years of consulting for private clients, Noel was appointed to the global operating board of Gymshark in 2016 where he remains as CBO responsible for all things Brand Marketing globally.
